1. Agreement
By using the services of SOLidify Learning ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services
SOLidify Learning provides private tutoring and educational support services to students and families in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.

3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number to SOLidify Learning, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to scheduling, session reminders, payment notifications, closures, and general business communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

4. Payments
Payments for tutoring services are due per the terms agreed upon at enrollment. SOLidify Learning reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellations
We ask for advance notice of session cancellations. SOLidify Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided by SOLidify Learning are the property of SOLidify Learning and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
SOLidify Learning is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.

8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
